What Léko Pro Funds for Reuse
Léko Pro allocates 5% of its eco-contributions to reuse. This budget may be carried over for two years to ensure continued support for the sector.
Unlike the EPR household packaging—in which local authorities play a major role— the EPR commercial EPR relies primarily on private operators, building on existing contractual and commercial relationships between companies and their waste management service providers. This founding principle of the sector makes it possible to preserve the current economic balance while moving toward greater environmental performance.

The Contract for the Management of Reuse Operations
Léko Pro offers a support contract to organizations that manage reuse operations. Eligible expenses include:
Collection
Coverage of the costs associated with collecting empty packaging from businesses and transporting it to a consolidation center for Gastronorm containers and food-grade drums.
Traceability
Support for the costs of reporting and tracking flows, which is a prerequisite for the disbursement of aid.
How can I access Léko Pro's support services?
Here are the eligibility criteria for our support fund:
Packaging labeled as “reusable”:
The packaging must meet the legal definition* and comply with the requirements of the PPWR regulation for reusable packaging that is part of a reuse system. Collection from businesses: The packaging must be collected in a business setting and be intended for reuse.
At least one eligible reuse operation:
collection to a consolidation center, washing/disinfection, or tracking of material flows. Just one of these operations is enough to qualify for the support contract!
Mandatory traceability:
Reporting tonnages and tracking flows are essential requirements for the disbursement of subsidies.
