Our Governance
Léko Pro is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) authorized by the French government to manage the EPR system EPR commercial packaging. Its governance is based on a clear principle: giving producers and distributors a central role in strategic decisions, while ensuring complete financial independence.
A Board of Directors Dedicated to Serving Producers
The Board of Directors is composed primarily of market makers appointed for four-year terms. Each director has one vote, and the market makers always hold the majority of voting rights. The Board of Directors is responsible, among other things, for approving the annual budget, the tariff and any adjustments (bonuses and penalties).
It currently consists of:
NAVSA: National Federation of Vending and Automatic Services
SAICA Pack France: a specialist in corrugated cardboard
SIMV: Trade Association for the Veterinary Pharmaceutical and Diagnostic Industry
Un Air d’Ici Group: a French company specializing in organic dried fruits, seeds, and grains, known for its YooNuts brand (formerly Juste Bio) and its commitment to responsible eating
Léko: a sister company and eco-organization responsible for the EPR household packaging and paper, representing its member companies that place products on the market
Reclay Holding: International Expert in EPR Supply Chains
Valorie: a consulting firm specializing in the implementation, optimization, and innovation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) systems
Two additional seats are currently being allocated to other committed producers.
A Representative Stakeholder Committee
In accordance with regulations, Léko Pro has established a Stakeholder Committee comprising four groups. This committee ensures balanced consultation among all stakeholders in the sector.
Organizations
As a nonprofit organization, Léko Pro operates in the public interest. Its transparent and collaborative governance structure ensures that decisions are made in the best interests of the industry, producers, and the environment, with a single goal: to develop an efficient, straightforward, and sustainable industry for professional packaging.
