Effective January 1, 2027, Extended Producer Responsibility applies to commercial packaging. Every producer that places commercial packaging on the French market is legally required to join an accredited eco-organization and contribute to the funding of the collection, sorting, and recycling of such packaging.
Léko Pro helps companies ensure regulatory compliance for commercial packaging. We guarantee that your operations will be in full compliance with the regulations in effect as of January 1, 2027.

What Your Eco-Contributions Fund to Ensure a Healthy Supply Chain
Your eco-contributions help fund an ecosystem that supports the circular economy:
- Expanding the reuse of commercial packaging, with a target of 10% by 2030 and dedicated financial support (5% of the industry budget).
- Research, development, and eco-design to help you reduce the amount of packaging at the source (-5% by 2030 compared to 2010).
- Support for the collection, sorting, and recycling of commercial packaging waste, with a particular focus on plastics (a target of 50% recycling by 2028, compared to 26% today).
Incentives for the incorporation of recycled plastics (MPR) to reward companies that commit to sustainable practices starting in 2027.
