Léko Pro is an eco-organization accredited by the French government and responsible for implementing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for professional packaging. As such, Léko Pro assists companies subject to these regulations in meeting their environmental obligations related to the end-of-life management of their professional packaging, in accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Code.
Léko Pro is authorized to collect the environmental fees paid by the relevant producers and distributors. These fees fund the organization, development, and improvement of solutions for the collection, reuse, sorting, and recycling of commercial packaging throughout the country.
