The Minister Delegate for Ecological Transition announced a delay of a few months in the implementation of the EPR system EPR commercial packaging.
At this point, we are awaiting official confirmation of this decision, as well as the publication of the regulatory texts that will specify the terms of this postponement, including the new effective date.
What about memberships and our fee schedule?
Membership is still open, and you can still join our eco-organization today to ensure you are in compliance.
The announced postponement will result in a delay in the effective date of your contract, which will be automatically adjusted as soon as the new regulatory schedule is officially announced.
Regarding the eco-contribution schedule, we do not yet know what potential impacts this delay might have. Nevertheless, we will ensure that our approach remains consistent with the first version of our schedule, which was designed to be simple, clear, and as closely aligned as possible with the industry’s costs.
